Validity
The following general terms and conditions (AGB) apply to all cleaning contracts and services between clean & move profis ag as the contractor and its clients as the customer.
Duties of the Clean & Umzug Profis AG
The clean & umzug profis ag is obligated to execute accepted orders in accordance with the contract and with the necessary care. furthermore, in the case of incorrect object data, the Clean & Umzug Profis ag must adjust the contract on the day of execution. otherwise, there is no entitlement to contract adjustment.
Obligations of the customer
The customer is obligated to provide information to the best of their knowledge and belief. in case of discrepancies between the details listed in the contract and the data determined on-site, Clean & Umzug Profis ag reserves the right to request an appropriate surcharge.
Execution
The cleaning tasks for vacant apartments or single-family homes (i.e., furniture not contractually belonging to the property will not be cleaned and/or moved by Clean & Umzug Profis ag) are contractually agreed upon between the customer and Clean & Umzug Profis ag. Clean & Umzug Profis ag commits to the faithful and careful execution of the assigned cleaning services.
Prices & price basis
The prices for the cleaning services to be performed are contractually agreed upon between the customer and Clean & Umzug Profis ag. Clean & Umzug Profis ag is commissioned to carry out the task based on the accepted quote.
Only services specified in the quote will be performed. Clean & Umzug Profis ag reserves the right to decline a cleaning order or charge an additional fee in the following cases:
- Rooms, balconies, washing machines, etc., not included in the quote
- Smoker apartments, excessive adhesive residue, extreme dirt caused by pets, etc.
- Heavy soiling in the kitchen, bathroom, windows, blinds, etc.
In cases of severe soiling, a deposit of 50% of the quoted price plus the additional fee must be paid in cash to the cleaning staff on-site as a guarantee before the cleaning begins, with a receipt provided. if this condition is not met, the customer cannot be located, or does not respond, the order will be declined by Clean & Umzug Profis ag. Clean & Umzug Profis ag disclaims all obligations and liabilities in such cases.
Filling of dowel holes
The filling of dowel holes can be assigned to Clean & Umzug Profis AG. However, Clean Profis Cleaning will decide on the day of cleaning whether the holes can be filled or repaired. Typically, Clean & Umzug Profis AG fills 5–20 dowel holes per rental property.
If there are more than 20 dowel holes, Clean Profis Cleaning recommends organizing a painting company and is not obligated to undertake the task of filling the dowel holes.
If Clean & Umzug Profis AG is tasked with filling the dowel holes, they disclaim any responsibility for color differences or wall irregularities. The holes will be filled and repaired to the best of their ability, which does not guarantee suitability for a potential repainting.
Costs incurred for painters called in by the management, landlord, or tenant will be expressly rejected and not covered by Clean & Umzug Profis AG.
Disposal
Clean & Umzug Profis ag is not obligated to dispose of garbage or waste from the properties to be cleaned. Disposal can be booked additionally, but only in advance with details of the items to be disposed of.
Heavily soiled properties / Notification to the administration or landlord
If, during the cleaning process, more severe soiling is identified that was not detected through prior methods such as photographs, video inspections, or personal visits, and its removal requires additional effort, an extra hourly rate of CHF 70.- per employee deployed will be charged.
This rate covers the additional effort required to meet the higher cleaning demands and ensure the quality of our service according to the agreed standards. from this point on, all extra costs and waiting times will be charged at the hourly rate. if a flat-rate offer was made, it will no longer be valid. for heavy soiling, an advance payment of 50% of the stated price plus an additional fee as a security deposit is required. this payment must be made in cash with a receipt to the on-site cleaning team or via bank transfer, twint, or credit card link to clean & umzug profis ag before cleaning begins. if this payment is not made, or the customer is unreachable or unresponsive, Clean & Umzug Profis ag reserves the right to decline the order. in such cases, Clean & Umzug Profis ag accepts no obligations or liabilities. Clean & Umzug Profis ag also reserves the right to notify the responsible management or landlord of the property’s condition, including relevant photographs, in cases of severe soiling.
Payment terms
Cash payment
The invoice amount, unless otherwise contractually agreed, must be paid in cash by the customer to Clean & Umzug Profis ag on the same day after the completion of the cleaning work, against a receipt, which serves as acceptance guarantee.
Advance payment/Partial payment
The invoice amount or part of it can be paid in advance via bank or postal payment. in any case, a payment receipt must be presented or sent by email before the start of work. if a partial and remaining payment has been agreed, it must be settled in cash on-site on the same day after completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed.
Credit card payment via credit card link / Contactless payment / PayPal / TWINT
A payment or deposit via credit card, PayPal, or TWINT is possible before or after the completion of the work. we provide an online link, allowing you to conveniently make the payment via pc or smartphone using your credit card, PayPal, or TWINT account. an additional fee of 3.5% of the agreed price applies. if you make a deposit, the remaining payment, unless otherwise agreed, must be settled in cash on-site on the same day after the work is completed.
Important!
All employees are insured and registered for AHV, IV, BU, and NBU through AHV/SVA. Liability claims made by the customer as a result of the execution of the order are covered by the liability insurance of Clean & Umzug Profis AG (up to 5 million Swiss francs per incident for personal injury and property damage). Liability for direct or immediate damages up to an amount of CHF 500.–, as well as for indirect or consequential damages, is excluded. Exceptions apply to damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. The limitation and exclusion of liability apply to both contractual and non-contractual or quasi-contractual claims. The scope of coverage is determined by the terms and conditions of the relevant insurance company.
Insurance Coverage/Liability
All employees are insured under AHV, IV, BU, and NBU and registered with AHV/SVA. Compensation claims made by the customer as a result of the order execution are covered by the business liability insurance of Clean & Umzug Profis AG (up to 5 million Swiss francs per damage event for personal/property damages).
Liability for direct or immediate damages up to an amount of CHF 500.– and for indirect or consequential damages is hereby excluded. Liability for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior remains reserved. The limitation of liability and exclusion of liability apply to both contractual and non-contractual or quasi-contractual claims. The extent of coverage is determined by the terms and conditions of the relevant insurance company.

Cancellation of the contract must be made in writing via registered post to the following address:

A written cancellation made:
- More than three (3) weeks (fifteen working days) before the agreed cleaning date (written or verbal) will incur a processing fee of CHF 90.-, including 8.1% VAT, which must be paid within ten (10) days.
- Ten (10) to fourteen (14) working days before the agreed cleaning date (written or verbal) will be charged at 30% of the contractually agreed amount, payable within ten (10) days.
- Four (4) to nine (9) working days before the agreed cleaning date (written or verbal) will be charged at 50% of the contractually agreed amount, payable within ten (10) days.
- Three (3) to zero (0) working days before the agreed cleaning date (written or verbal) will be charged at 80% of the contractually agreed amount, payable within ten (10) days.
Contract Termination by Clean & Umzug Profis AG
Clean & Umzug Profis AG reserves the right to refuse the execution of agreed work for properties that exceed the normal level of dirt and grime (e.g., mold, pests, excessive waste) or when the client deliberately omits or fails to mention objects requiring cleaning (e.g., severe dirt on walls, windows, doors, kitchens, or bathrooms, such as in a smoker’s residence). In such cases, the contract is deemed null and void. The time spent on travel and lost work will be invoiced and must be settled within 10 days.
Complaints
The cleaning is carried out precisely and thoroughly. if your property management finds a reason for additional cleaning after the work is completed, we will take care of it immediately – of course, at no extra cost!
Complaints must be reported immediately after the cleaning or the handover of the property to Clean & Umzug Profis AG using a protocol provided by the property management or the tenant. Later complaints cannot be considered.
Handover guarantee
If the apartment cleaning is criticized by the administration or the owner, Clean & Umzug Profis AG commits to a free follow-up cleaning in any case.
Cleanliness is a subjective perception. If a cleaning is unjustifiably criticized even after the free follow-up cleaning, Clean & Umzug Profis AG reserves the right to call upon the Allpura Cleaning Association as an independent body for assessment. The costs of such an assessment shall be borne by the client.
Approval of the AGB’s
By providing written or verbal order placement, the customer declares their agreement with all points of these general terms and conditions.
Data protection
Data provided to Clean & Umzug Profis AG for order processing will be used exclusively to handle the request as quickly and customer-friendly as possible.
The contractor is obligated to protect personal data in compliance with legal provisions. Data processing will adhere to the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG Art. 235.1). Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit and revocable consent at any time.
Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Contractual differences that may arise from the agreement will, whenever possible, be resolved through mutual discussion between the contracting parties.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship between the parties shall be the courts at the registered office of the contractor. The legal relationship between the parties is governed exclusively by Swiss law. The general terms and conditions are an integral part of the agreement with the customer.
